How it works
Fill in the form
Complete the questionnaire so we know some basic details about your event, and get a general sense of what you're looking for.
First Contact
We will call or text you to set up a in person consultation. Consultations are free of charge and are helpful in creating the best outcome.
First meetup
One of our representatives will meet with you in person to go over any questions and concerns. We can review a drink menu and clear up any details.
Phase one
If the menu is established. We will then do the final price calculation. Depending on your invoice and payment option we can print and ink sign it, or have it emailed/shared with you to E-sign. We will meet up one more time to sign and go through any payments.
Phase two
Once the initial payment and contract are signed we will begin to shop and create everything for your event. At this time you can still contact us to make changes or adjustments. Final payment will happen up to 24 hours before the event. This has been the best option for most people since they want to focus on their event the day of. But we are willing to accommodate as much as we can.
Final Phase.
the best part, THE EVENT! We will come in as early as you and the venue allow us, in order to set everything up. Our bartenders and staff will come in to prep any items on-site to guarantee freshness. Water and ice will be available for anyone who is arriving early as well. Once the bars final call is made we clean everything up and package any left over stuff for you to keep. And thats a wrap. Easy right?
